摘  要:目的探讨Peroxiredoxin(PRDX) Ⅴ mRNA在小鼠卵泡发育和卵巢衰老过程中表达。方法:分别选用C57BL/6j小鼠不同周龄、不同动情周期以及促性腺激素预处理卵巢,通过实时定量聚合酶链反应检测PRDX Ⅴ mRNA表达。结论:PRDX Ⅴ mRNA在新生(3D)小鼠卵巢中表达最高,为3W组2.54倍,6W组1.84倍,8M组5.11倍(P<0.05);在小鼠动情期和动情后期卵巢中表达高于动情间期和同情前期(P<0.05);在促性腺激素预处理试验中,与CON组相比,在孕马血清注射48h表达显著升高(P<0.05),而人绒毛膜促性腺激素注射后表达降低至CON组水平直至10h开始升高(P<0.05),并于24h达到最高,为CON组的7.52倍,随后48h有所降低,但仍为CON组的2倍(P<0.05)。结论:PRDX Ⅴ mRNA在卵泡发育和卵巢衰老中发挥重要调控作用。Objective: Exploring the expression of Peroxiredoxin V mRNA in the different stages of C57BL/6j mouse follicle development and ovarian aging. Method: Real -Time Polymerase Chain Reaction was used to detect the expression of PRDX V mRNA in different stages of age, estrous and Gonadotropin- primed immature C57BL/6j mouse ovaries. Results: Detecting the expression of PRDX V mRNA in the ovaries of different age stage of C57BL/6j mice, we informed that the PRDX V mRNA expressed highest in the ovaries of newborn mouse (3D) Which were 2. 54 times to the 3W group, 1.84 times to the 6W group and 5. 11 times to the 8M group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Then compared to the diestrns and proestrus groups, the PRDX V mRNA expressed more thickness in the estrus and metaestrus groups (P 〈 0. 05 ). In addition, we noticed that the expression of PRDX V mRNA increased notable in mouse ovaries after 48 hours of PMSG injection, and diminished striking as the HCG treated till the 8hours to the lowest, then stepped up transiently at the 10 hours till the 24 hours to the highest which was 7.52 times to the CON group, yet decreased at 48 hours which was 2 times to the CON group. Conclusion: The PRDX V probably plays important roles in the follicle development and ovarian aging.
