摘  要:采用天然染料栀子黄色素对甲壳胺纤维进行染色,运用Langmuir、Nernst和Freundlich三种吸附理论模型对试验数据进行拟合,并测定了栀子黄色素在甲壳胺纤维上的提升性及染色后纤维的抗氧化性和消臭性。试验结果表明,栀子黄在甲壳胺纤维上的吸附等温线更加符合Langmuir模型,随着温度的升高,吸附常数KL降低;栀子黄在甲壳胺纤维上具有良好的提升性能,且经栀子黄染色后的甲壳胺纤维呈现出很好的抗氧化性和消臭性;随着染料浓度的增大,其抗氧化性和消臭性均显著提高。Dyeing process of chitosan fiber with natural dye gardenia yellow is carried out. The adsorption rate curves and iso- therms of gardenia yellow onto chitosan fiber at different temperatures are investigated. The experimental data fitting is per- formed with the Langmuir, Nernst and Freundlich isotherms. The build-up property of gardenia yellow, and the oxidation resist- ance and deodorant performance of treated chitosan fiber are also measured. The results show that the Langmuir isotherm fits the experimental data significantly better than the other isotherms, and the affinity constant EL decreases with the temperature increase. The gardenia yellow shows good build-up property. The antioxidant and deodorant performance of the dyed chitosan fiber are excellent and increase dramatically with the increase in the initial concentration of gardenia yellow.
