摘 要:以演化经济理论为工具,分析隐性知识学习对企业创新的传导机制:隐性知识学习主体吸收能力的差异带来创新系统非平衡性特征,知识溢出保证创新系统的开放性;隐性知识输出者的共享倾向推动其产生知识创新性组合行为,为创新系统带来涨落因素;非正式学习方式是创新主体追求竞争优势的手段,也是创新系统演化的动力来源,隐性知识学习主体间的关系质量和隐性知识学习的组织支持从个体层面和群体层面提供了企业创新系统协同机理的解释。Based on the economic theory of evolution, this paper analyzes transmission mechanism about tacit knowledge learning on enterprise innovation, which includes: Tacit knowledge learning subject absorptive capacity difference brings innovation system unbalanced characteristics ; knowledge overflow guarantees the openness of inno- vation system. The sharing tend of the tacit knowledge output promote innovation system produce knowledge innova- tion combination behavior, and it brings fluctuation factor for the innovation system. Informal learning is a means that innovation subject is the pursuit of competitive advantage, it's also the power source of the innovation system e- volution. Tacit knowledge learning inter - subjective relationship quality and tacit knowledge learning organizational support from the individual level and group level provides explanation for enterprise system innovation collaborative mechanism.
