摘　　要：目的探讨CDK4 mRNA在鼻咽癌中的表达以及临床意义。方法 cDNA微阵列被使用检测鼻咽癌与鼻咽组织中的差异表达基因。实时荧光定量PCR确证CDK4在鼻咽癌与鼻咽组织中的表达差异。统计分析CDK4 mRNA表达与鼻咽癌患者临床参数之间的意义。结果基因芯片显示,CDK4在鼻咽癌中的表达上调。实时荧光定量PCR显示,与鼻咽组织相比,CDK4在鼻咽癌中表达上调。此外,CDK4mRNA表达上调与鼻咽肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移以及临床分期呈正向相关趋势。结论 CDK4过表达促进了鼻咽癌的发生及进展。Objective To evaluate the correlation of CDK4 mRNA expression with the clinicopathologic feature of nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）.Methods cDNA microarray was used to determine differential gene expression in NPC and nasopharyngeal tissues.Real-time PCR was used to confirm the differential expression of CDK4 mRNA in NPC and nasopharyngeal tissues.The correlation of CDK4 mRNA expression with the clinicopathologic feature of NPC patients was analyzed.Results CDK4 expression was markedly increased in NPC in comparison with nasopharyngeal tissues.An increased expression of CDK4 was positively correlated with the size of NPC,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage.Conclusion CDK4 overexpression may promote the carcinogenesis of NPC.
