摘 要:目的研究不同剂量的桦木酸对U14宫颈癌小鼠肿瘤细胞的影响。方法以U14宫颈癌小鼠为对象,观察不同剂量的桦木酸作用U14宫颈癌小鼠后肿瘤变化和相关的基因表达的变化。结果 U14宫颈癌小鼠对桦木酸较敏感,不仅能明显抑制肿瘤细胞生长(P<0.05),延长小鼠生存期,与环磷酰胺结果相近(P>0.05);而且实验后小鼠体重没有明显下降,与细胞凋亡相关基因Bcl-2和Bax表达变化明显。结论桦木酸能够明显抑制U14宫颈癌小鼠肿瘤生长,并能够调节凋亡相关基因的表达诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡。Objective To study the effect with different concentration of Betulinic acid on apoptosis of U14 tumor cells in mice.Methods U14 Tumor-beraing mice were divided into three groups and the controlling groups and give them different dosage of Betulinic acid.Finally,compare them with each other and find out the relationship between the dosage of Betulinic acid and the apoptosis of U4 tumor cells in mice.Results U4 tumor cells were apparently sensitive to Betulinic acid,and inhibited growth of U14 tumor(P0.05),which was nearly same as the effect of CTX(P0.05).The weight of the mice did not lower down after experiment,and the rate of apoptosis increased with the rising of concentrate of the Betulinic acid.Conclusions Betulinic acid with the different concentrate can induce the apoptosis of the U14 tumor cells in mice and also depend on dosage.
