摘　　要：利用一种初等方法得到了水平-3 Sierpinski垫片上标准拉普拉斯的谱抽取函数,所有特征值,和重整化能量常数.更进一步的,发现了1/2不能成为任何一级拉普拉斯-■m(m≥1)的特征值.In this paper, we obtain the spectral decimation function, all forbidden eigenvalues and the energy renormalized constant for the standard Laplaeian on the level-3 Sierpinski gasket by using an elementary method. Furthermore, we find that A = 1/2 cannot he an eigenvalue for any Laplacian -Δm, for m≥1.
