摘 要:为探讨玄武岩纤维复合材料(BFRP)片材在各种腐蚀溶液环境下的耐久性,对BFRP片材在碱、酸和盐溶液及水环境中的耐腐蚀性能进行试验研究。结果表明:碱溶液与酸溶液对其抗拉强度的影响明显大于盐溶液和水;溶液对弹性模量影响较小,且无明显规律可循;几种溶液作用下其抗拉强度分别在腐蚀前期的退化趋势基本相同,而当龄期超过一个月后趋势发生了较大变化;腐蚀过程即溶液向FRP中渗透,对界面层与纤维进行腐蚀,使其整体拉伸力学性能退化程度较大。To evaluate the durability of basalt fiber reinforced polymer (BFRP) laminates in kinds of corrosive solutions,the corrosion resistant tests were conducted to investigate the degradation degree of the tensile strength and elastic modulus of BFRP laminates in four kinds of corrosive solutions(alkali solution,acid solution,salt solution and water).The test results show that the degradation degree of the mechanic properties of BFRP laminates in alkali solution and acid solution is significantly greater than that in salt solution and water.Elastic modulus is less affected by the solutions, and no obvious rules to follow.The degradation trends of BFRP laminates tensile strength in corrosive solutions are basically the same, while major changes in the trend occur after the age of more than a month.The corrosion process is a penetration of solution to the BFRP.The corrosion occurs when solution reaches the interface and the fiber, what makes a great degradation of BFRP tensile mechanical properties.
