摘　　要：目的观察胸腺五肽对急性胰腺炎治疗后期的免疫调节作用。方法 56例确诊为急性胰腺炎患者,将他们随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组在常规控制治疗基础上在治疗后期给予静脉用胸腺五肽治疗,2周为一疗程。对照组给予常规药物控制治疗。结果治疗组CD3,CD4及血浆免疫球蛋白等免疫指标均较前好转,两组对比差异有统计学意义。结论胸腺五肽对急性胰腺炎后期患者的免疫调节作用有效,值得临床推广。Objective To observe Thymopentin immunomodulatory effects of acute pancreatitis late. Methods 56 cases were diagnosed as acute pancreatitis patients, they were randomly divided into the treat- ment group and the control group, the treatment group on the basis of conventional control treatment in the intra- venous treatment of late with treatment of Thymopentin, two weeks for a course. The control group was given conventional drugs control treatment. Results Treatment group, CD3, CIM and plasma immunoglobulin im- mune parameters were improved between two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion The thymopentin of the late acute pancreatitis patients effective immunomodulatory effects worthy of promotion.
