摘　　要：当前,国家工作人员欺罔上级的行为比较严重,已给国家和政府的信用造成了极大的损害。为了利用刑法这个利器打击国家工作人员欺罔上级行为,必须完善我国的刑法制度,在刑法分则中增设国家工作人员欺罔上级罪。Nowadays, some state workers are rampant in deceiving superiors. Their behavior has done great damage to the credit of the state and the government. In order to make use of the criminal law, a sharp weapon to fight against such behavior, we should improve our criminal legal system by adding the crime name of state workers deceiving superiors into the specific provisions of our criminal law.
