新汉语水平考试(HSK)题库建设之我见

摘　　要：新汉语水平考试(HSK)是否要建设题库?应该建设什么样的题库?本文认为,对HSK(五级)、HSK(六级)而言,如果题库中包含一定数量、通过了审查、可供拼卷用的试题,计算机系统可以仿照人工拼卷的思路,自动生成试卷"粗坯",拼卷人员可以在"粗坯"的基础上进行人工干预,最终形成正式用卷;基于题库的新HSK审题、拼卷质量会有一定程度的提高;新HSK还应该充分利用历年正式考试使用过的、质量较高、带有相关数据的试题,建设服务于汉语教学、培训领域的题库,为分班、自测、辅助教学以及评估教学、培训成效等提供适应性考试系统。Is it necessary to build an item bank for New HSK？ What kind of item bank should be built？ This paper shows that, for HSK Level 5 and HSK Level 6, if the item bank includes a certain amount of items which are reviewed and can be used in test paper, the computer system can imitate the ideas and principles of composing a test paper manually to generate a prototype. Staff composes the test paper by giving manual intervention to the prototype and the formal one can be generated finally. The quality of New HSK item reviewing and test paper composing based on item bank will improve in a certain point. New HSK should also make full use of the items in formal tests which were used in the past several years with good quality and related data to serve other item banks such as Chinese teaching and training, providing adaptive testing system for class grouping, self-testing, aids and evaluating the effectiveness of teaching and training and so on. teaching
