卫生专业技术资格考试题库沉积问题的应对方法

摘　　要：题库沉积问题是大型题库建设工作中常见的重点和难点问题。卫生专业技术资格考试经过多年题库建设,不可避免也遇到了题库沉积问题,这些沉积试题产生于重复、内容陈旧、参数不理想或题库结构性不均衡。对此采用了一些行之有效的处理方法,如加强命审题培训、动态维护题库、组合使用极端难度试题、不同命制难度设置不同费用标准等。为最大限度地提高题库运转效率,还提出将题库建设视作一项长期的基于信息系统支持的工作,减少时效性试题的命制和入库,以及开设社会化在线征题的命题方式。Deposition problems in item banking are common and significant in large scale item banking development. They are also unavoidable in Medical Qualification Examination after years in development. These depositions grow out of reiterations, obsolete content, inappropriate parameters and structural unbalance. In order to deal with them, we have intensified the train on proposition and verification, maintained bank dynamically, assembled test questions with extreme difficuhy and set different expense standards. In order to raise the running efficiency of item banking, we should treat it as a long-term job which based on information system, reduce the timeliness in test questions and set up the method of levy questions from the whole society
