联合MSCT及低场磁共振在诊断卵巢性索间质性肿瘤的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨联合MSCT及低场磁共振(MRI)在诊断卵巢性索间质性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2011年4月至2012年8月笔者所在医院经手术治疗病理检查明确诊断的28例卵巢性索间质性肿瘤患者病例资料,对所有患者的联合MSCT及低场MRI影像学特点进行分析。结果所有患者的影像学诊断均符合手术后病理检查结果 ,诊断符合率为100%。结论低场MRI可清晰观察到患者的实性肿块,MSCT可显示患者的骨化情况,弥补MRI不足,两者联合诊断符合率高,对诊断有积极意义。Objective To study the diagnosis value of the combined MSCT and low field magnetic resonance imaging（MRI）in the diagnosis of ovarian sex cord stromal tumor.Methods A retrospective analysis on data of patients with ovarian sex cord stromal tumor treated by surgery pathology diagnosis in the hospital in April 2011 to August 2012,and made an analysis of all patients on the characteristics of joint MSCT and low field MRI imaging.Results The imaging diagnosis of all patients were conformed to the pathological findings after surgery,the diagnosis coincidence rate was 100%.Conclusion the low field MRI can be observed clearly to the patient＇s solid mass,MSCT can show the ossification of patients,it had made up for the lack of MRI,the coincidence rate of the joint diagnosis is high,that left a positive significance to the diagnosis.
