摘　　要：目的:探讨电脑遥控脉冲式空气灌肠仪治疗小儿肠套叠效果。方法:对76例小儿急性肠套叠在X线下应用电脑遥控脉冲式空气灌肠仪进行治疗。结果:76例肠套叠均经空气灌肠证实并行电脑遥控脉冲式空气灌肠复位治疗,复位74例,成功率为97.4%。结论:电脑遥控脉冲式空气灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠操作简单、安全性高、成功率高,是治疗小儿急性肠套叠的首选非手术方法。Objective：To explore the curative effect of the computer remote control pulse air enema treatment of pediatric intussusceptions. Method： Seventy-six cases of pediatric acute intussusception were treated using the computer remote control pulse air enema instrument in the X-ray. Result： Seventy-six cases of intussusception were confirmed by air enema, and were treated to reset using the PC remote control pulse air enema instrument. Seventy- four cases were reseted and the success rate was 97.4%. Conclusion：The PC remote control pulse air enema treat- ment of pediatric intussusceptions is simple, safe and has a high success rate,which is the first choice for the treat- ment of pediatric acute intussusception in non surgical methods.
