摘  要:武术健身操是近几年来在中小学广泛开展的学生体育课程,如何提高武术健身操课程的有效教学是我们共同面临的课题。文章运用文献资料研究方法和教学实验法,通过教学实践,对如何通过学生柔韧素质和灵敏素质的提高来对武术健身操课程的有效教学进行分析研究,以进一步推动武术健身操课程的推广。Wushu calisthenics is a popular physical education curriculum in primary and middle schools in recent years students in recent years.How to improve the teaching effect of Wushu calisthenics has become one of the issue of all education workers.The paper,with the methods of literature and the teaching experiment,through the teaching practice,analyzes that how can a student flexibility quality and sensitive quality enhance his Wushu calisthenics teaching effect,to promote the development of Wushu calisthenics.
