摘　　要：本文探讨一种基于Winsock的局域网通信工具——聊天室的设计与实现方法。Winsock是Windows下的网络编程接口,是一个基于Socket模型的API。文中分析了Windsock的结构以及利用Winsock实现数据通信的机制,从服务器端和客户端对局域网聊天系统进行设计,并用Visual C++予以实现。This article discusses the design and realization method of a communication tool- LAN chat room which based on WinSock. Winsock is a network programming interface under the Windows, and a Socket model based on API. Analysis of the structure of Windsock and the mechanism to realize the data communication based on Winsock, Carries on the design from the server and the client on the LAN chat system, and realized by Visual C＋＋.
