摘 要:振动压路机匀速压实时间占其作业时间的80%左右,而匀速压实时的功率需求仅占发动机额定功率的60%左右,此时发动机处于高转速低负荷状态工作,耗油率较高,导致振动压路机的作业经济性较差。提出振动压路机的发动机变油门控制方法,即降低匀速压实时的发动机转速,同时适量增大行走泵和振动泵的排量来保证压路机行驶速度及振动频率的稳定性,在不影响压实质量的前提下,使发动机处于经济油耗区工作,提高了振动压路机的作业经济性。分析发动机变油门控制的原理及控制参数之间的关系,给出了其控制流程图,为发动机变油门控制在振动压路机上的应用奠定了基础。A diesel engine throttle control to save power for vibratory compactors. A vibratory compact operation time for even speed travel-compaction counts for about 80% of the total, which power demand, however, is roughly 60% of the total when the engine there is at a state of high RPM with low load, i.e. at a higher fuel consumption rate or a poorer working economy for the compactor. Therefore, we put forth a throttle switch control method for the vibratory compactor's engine, i.e. to lower the engine's RPM when operating at an even traveling speed in real time, whilst suitably increasing output of the pump for travel and the pump for vibration so as to ensure the compactor's travel speed and stability of the vibratory frequency. This is to operate the compactor within an economical zone of fuel consumption, thus increasing operational economy of the vibratory compactor under a precondition that it would not affect the compaction quality. So far we have analyzed working principles and the data relationship with each other as concerning the engine's throttle shift control, before giving out a flow chart for the control, thus laying a foundation for applying such a throttle shift control on the engine in compactors.
