摘  要:采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法等方法,构建了开放式体育教学模式,并在高校滑冰教学中进行实验研究。结果表明:开放式体育教学模式在提高大学生运动技能、体育知识、体质健康、学习主动性和解决问题能力方面更具有针对性和有效性;开放式体育教学模式有助于学生积极体育情感体验的发展,促进学生参与体育锻炼的养成;开放式体育教学多模块的教学生形式受到学生的喜欢,能够针对不同层次、不同需求学生进行教学,最大限度地满足学生体育需求,发展学生个性。With the methods of documental information,experimentation and mathematical statistics,the paper constructs the open sports teaching mode and has its experimentation in undergraduate skating curriculum.The results show the mode has more pertinence and validity in improving the undergraduate sports ability and knowledge,physical fitness,initiative in learning and problem solving skills;it will help to develop the undergraduates' positive sports emotional experience,to further their usually taking physical exercises;the form of multi modes of open sports teaching is well received by the undergraduates and can be in accordance with various students to furthest meet their sports needs and develop their personality.
