摘　　要：由于受多种因素影响,女性辅导员易产生职业与家庭角色、自身发展与职业前景、工作态度与质量、性别弱点与理想角色要求之间的冲突。高校要保障性别平等,发挥两性合力优势;女性辅导员要树立独立、自强和平等意识,努力增强自身素质,逐步增强角色控制力。Due to varieties of factors, it is easier for college female counselors to suffer some conflicts between the career and family role, the self development and career prospects, the working attitude and quality, the gender weakness and ideal role. Colleges and universities are supposed to arrange the professional training by breaking traditional rules and restrictions and making use of the advantages of cooperation with male counselors while female counselors are supposed to build up the consciousness of independence, self improvement and equality, endeavor to exert themselves in the comprehensive quality and enhance gradually the control power on the role in the career.
