摘  要:为了能更好地完成中学冬季体育教学的任务,实现素质教育、健康第一和阳光体育运动的体育教学目标,将启发式教学模式引入中学冬季速度滑冰体育课教学中。依据中学生的生理、心理和身体素质生身等体特征,确立速滑课教学中启发式教学模式的教学指导思想,以及科学设计教学程序、教学目标的长远效益和教学中学生为主的教学原则;采取以启迪学生的思维为核心构建和谐、宽松的教学环境,利用多媒体手段激发学生的兴趣,引导学生互动,用学生易接受的语言讲解,教学手段多样化等"启发式"教学方法使学生更好地掌握速度滑冰的基本技术、基本技能及速度滑冰的相关知识。利用启发式教学来激发学生思维,使学生在观察中引起思考,从实践中得到启迪,获得意念的变化,达到独立解决速度滑冰教学中难点问题的目的。In order to better achieve the task of winter sports teaching in middle school and the physical education objectives of quality-oriented education,health first and sunny sports,the paper applies the heuristics mode in speed skating curriculum in middle school.According to the middle school students' characteristics of physiology,psychology and physical quality,it indicates the heuristics mode for helping them better learn the basic skills and knowledge of speed skating,which relates to the guiding idea,the long-term benefit of scientifically arranging the programs and goals,the principle of taking students as main body,the establishment of harmonious and easy surroundings which core is to stimulate their thinking,the diversification of teaching means which may use the multi-media for their interests and interactions at recipient ways.The heuristics mode can be used to stimulate the students' thinking in observation and inspiration in practice so that they may achieve the objective of independently solving the difficulty in speed skating curriculum by obtaining the ideaistic update.
