摘 要:文章以上海金融学院为例,围绕"二本"院校的教学工作对大学毕业生就业质量的影响进行了研究,研究结果表明:实践技能适用程度、专业与工作对口程度越高会明显增加大学毕业生找到一份"好"工作的可能性,而所学专业理论知识的适用性不够对毕业生的就业质量为负影响;教室、宿舍及运动场所对毕业生的就业质量产生了积极影响,而图书资料不足对毕业生的就业质量有消极影响,教学仪器设备、师资数量、质量和结构对毕业生找到一份"好"工作没有影响;课程设置水平的高低、教学内容和教学方法的优劣、教师教书育人水平的高低、学生综合能力培养的情况对毕业生的就业质量基本无影响,而校园文化氛围并没有对毕业生就业质量产生积极影响;管理人员素质、学生自我管理能力对毕业生就业质量无影响,教学秩序有正向的影响,而有待于进一步完善的选课、考试和补考等教学管理制度对毕业生就业质量的影响为负。Through taking Shanghai Finance University as an example,this paper studies on teaching work’s effect on the quality of graduate’s job in ordinary university.The results as following,first,practical skill and major adaptive to job can obvi ously help graduate to find a"good"job.However,the theoretical knowledge which learned from school has negative effect on the quality of graduate’s job.Second,though classroom,dormitory and playground have active effect,books in library have the passive effect.Teaching equipment,the quantity,quality and structure of teachers have no effect.Third,the level of course set ting,content of lessons,teaching method,the level of teaching and the condition of students’ comprehensive ability cultivation have no effect basically,but campus culture has negative effect.Fourth,the quality of manager and the students’ self-manage ment has no effect,and teaching order has active effect.But the teaching management institution which needs to be improved,such as course selection,exam and make-up examination,has negative effect.
