摘  要:目的观察甲状旁腺激素受体1(PTH1R)在糖尿病合并乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测32例糖尿病合并乳腺浸润性导管癌患者及71例非糖尿病合并乳腺浸润性导管癌患者组织PTH1R表达,并结合临床预后进行对比分析。结果乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中,糖尿病患者PTH1R阳性表达率高于非糖尿病患者(P<0.05)。PTH1R表达水平随着糖尿病合并乳腺浸润性导管癌患者预后不良而升高。结论糖尿病状态下PTH1R表达水平与乳腺浸润性导管癌预后有关,抑制PTH1R表达可能为糖尿病合并乳腺癌治疗有效靶点之一。Objective To determine the expression and significance of parathyroid hormone 1 receptor (PTH1 R) in diabetes and breast cancer tissues. Method Tissue sections from patients with ( n = 32) or without ( n = 71 ) diabetes that were diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast were analyzed for PTH1R expression in immunohistochemical assays. Results Increased expression of PTHI 1R was detected in tissue sections obtained from patients with diabetes, com- pared with tissue sections obtained from patients without diabetes ( P 〈 0.05 ). The level of PTH1R elevated in diabetes and invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast patients along with poor prognosis. Conclusions The level of PTH1R is closely correlated with breast cancer prognosis under diabetic state. It implies that inhibition of the expression of PTH1R may re- present a novel treatment approach for patients diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast.
