摘　　要：培育社会主义荣辱观是一项长期的系统工程,在这个工程中制度的作用不可或缺。制度有着对于荣辱信息的知会功能和荣辱行为的奖惩功能,但由于我国目前正式制度软化和良性非正式制度的边缘化导致了社会主义荣辱观培育过程中制度功能的失调,社会主义荣辱观培育的制度路径就是通过提升正式制度执行力和限制恶性非正式制度,实现社会主义荣辱观的树立和践行。Fostering socialist concept of honor and disgrace is a long-term systematic project, for which institutions play an indis pensable role by notifying relevant information and conferring reward and punishment according to specific conducts. Neverthe- less,mollification of formal institutions and marginalization of benign informal institutions result in disorder of institutional functions in fostering socialist concept of honor and disgrace. To enhance executive force of formal institutions and to curb ma- lignant informal institutions can help establish and fulfill the concept.
