摘　　要：案例教学法是公共管理教学中的典型方法。笔者结合教学实践,介绍了《公共管理学》课程中引入案例教学的必要性,分析了制约《公共管理学》课程案例教学的因素,进而提出改善案例教学效果的对策。Case Method is the typical way in Public Management teaching.In the article,the author summarizes the restriction factors in the teaching of case method： the lack of suitable case teaching material;short of students＇ property of participation and initiative;lack the feedback of case method.Improving on the quality of teaching,the author put forwards the countermeasures： accumulating the excellent cases and setting up the case base;changing the teaching idea;enhancing the students＇ enthusiasm and strengthening the feedback element.
