摘　　要：高校学生事务应急管理作为和谐校园建设的重要组成部分已经成为大学生思想政治教育工作的重要内容。文章从大学生思想政治教育的角度,分析了大学生的时代特征以及高校应急管理所处的社会经济发展环境背景,总结了学生突发事件的两种类型。同时,以学生工作实践为基础探讨了高校学生工作中基层学院学生突发事件应急管理预案的构建方案,提出了高校学生工作中预防和处理突发事件的一些应对措施。University students＇ affairs emergency management as an important part of a harmonious campus has become a vital part of the college＇s ideological and political education work. The paper, from the perspective of the ideological and political education, analyses the characteristics of the era of college students and the environmental background of the socio-economic development in which college emergency management stay, and summarizes the two types of student emergencies. Meanwhile. it discusses the scheme program of college＇s emergency management plans based on practice, and proposes some measures to prevent and handle emergencies in the work of college students.
