摘　　要：本文试从女性毕业生在就业过程中遇到的就业困境入手,剖析以女性毕业生自我认知缺陷为主的就业障碍,进而从高校思想政治教育角度提出相应的策略和建议。本文力求加强女大学生素质教育、帮助其及时调整就业心态,在此基础上为相关部门解决好新形势下高校女性毕业生就业问题提供借鉴和参考。This article starts from what the female graduates encounter in the process of seeking jobs.It tries to analyse the obstacles and reasons from all sides,mainly including self-perception and so on.Then we put forward the corresponding strategies and suggestions from the perspective of ideological and political education in colleges.This paper seeks to strengthen the education for all-round development of female graduates and help them adjust employment mentality timely.On the basis,this article can provide learning and reference to related departments to solve the employment problems of female graduates under the new situation.
