大学新生的心理适应问题与管理策略——以温州大学为例

摘  要:大学新生的心理适应问题关乎学生的健康成长成才,关乎学校的教学成果和办学质量。本研究以温州大学332名师生为研究对象,主要采用问卷调查法和个别访谈法等方式,研究结果显示新生心理不适的学生占全体学生的13.54%,主要表现在生活自理、学习适应、人际交往、感情问题、环境认同、身心症状等方面。引起心理不适的因素主要是学生自身的个性因素以及家庭、学校的环境和管理制度。本文探讨了学校通过出台相应的管理措施,整合教学、学生工作、后勤管理等相关职能部门的优势资源,帮助新生改善心理不适状况。University freshmen’s psychological adaptation problems relate to students’ healthy growth and development,and also relate to schools’ teaching outcomes and the quality of running a school.With 332 Wenzhou university students and faculties as the research object,this study mainly uses the scale measuring method and interview method.The results of this study showed the psychological discomfort freshmen account for 13.54% of the all freshmen,mainly shows in the aspects of self-care,learning adaptation,interpersonal relationships,emotional problems,environmental identity,psychosomatic symptoms etc..The main factors of causing mental discomfort are students’ personality and family factors,school environment and management system.This paper discusses how the school through the introduction of the corresponding management measures,integrating the advantage resources of teaching,student work,logistics management and other relevant functional departments to help students improve the psychological discomfort condition.
