摘　　要：高校学生党支部是党联系广大青年学生的桥梁纽带,是率领广大青年进行成长成才、服务社会的战斗堡垒。通过校内外广泛的问卷调查和个别访谈,分析研究新形势下高校学生党支部书记能力现状,并且分析了存在的问题及其原因,最后提出加强学生党支部书记能力建设的对策。The students party branch in college is the bridge＇ and bond that connecting the party with a large number of young students. It is also the battle fortress for the majority of young people grow up and serve for the society. The paper analysed the question and the reason of the investigation of current ability of secretaries of students situation through an extensive questionnaire and individual interview in and out of college and at last give the countermeasures of Strengthening the ability construction of secretary of students party branch in college.
