摘　　要：试图阐述罗尔斯《正义论》中的基本观念。《正义论》的目的有二,其一在于表达民主传统的共同核心之精髓——公平的正义,其二在于给功利主义以替代物。自19世纪以来,功利主义一直主导着政治思想中的盎格鲁.撒克逊传统。This paper attempts to elaborate the basic concepts of Rawls＇ ＇A Theory of Justice＇. The expression of ＇A Theory of Justice＇ has two purposes. One is to demonstrate the idea of ＂justice as fairness＂ which is the essence of the common center of democratic tradition. The other is to substitute the guidingrule of Anglo-Saxon tradition of political thought-utilitarianism, beginning with the nineteenth century.
