摘 要:为了研究常绿阔叶林改造成雷竹林对土壤活性碳库和氮库的影响,在浙江省临安市玲珑山采集了相邻的常绿阔叶林和雷竹林土壤(雷竹林由常绿阔叶林改造而来),测定分析了土壤的水溶性有机碳(WSOC)、微生物量碳(MBC)、易氧化碳(ROC)、水溶性有机氮(WSON)及微生物量氮(MBN)含量。结果表明,常绿阔叶林改造成雷竹林后土壤pH显著降低,土壤有机碳、全氮、碱解氮、有效磷及速效钾含量显著增加。常绿阔叶林改造成雷竹林后,WSOC和ROC分别增加了61.3%和94.7%,而土壤MBC含量却下降了37.8%。雷竹林土壤WSON和MBN含量分别为常绿阔叶林土壤的80.9%和70.8%。常绿阔叶林改造成雷竹林并长期集约经营后,WSOC、ROC及土壤养分库含量均显著增加,而土壤微生物量显著降低。To investigate the effect of conversion from evergreen broad-leaved forest(EBLF) to Phyllostachys violascens cv.Prevernalis forest(BF) on the soil C and N pools,soils of the above two types of forests(The BF was converted from EBLF)were sampled from Lin'an county in Zhejiang Province.Soil water-soluble organic C(WSOC),microbial biomass C(MBC),readily oxidizable C(ROC),water-soluble organic nitrogen(WSON),and microbial biomass N(MBN) were analyzed.The results showed that the pH of soil was significantly decreased,while total organic carbon,total N,alkalyzable N,available P,and available K contents were significantly increased after the conversion of EBLF to BF.The content of WSOC and ROC was increased by 61.3% and 94.7% respectively,while the MBC content was decreased by 37.8% caused by the conversion of EBLF to BF.The content of WSON and MBN in BF was 80.9% and 70.8% respectively.In conclusion,the soil content of WSOC,ROC,and nutrient pools was significantly increased;but the soil microbial content was significantly decreased by the conversion from EBLF to BF.
