摘 要:以烤烟品种K326、云烟87和中烟103为材料,分析了湖北省恩施州500、900和1 300 m 3个海拔下烤烟中性致香物质含量的差异。结果表明,海拔900 m的烤烟中性致香物质不论是总量还是大多数组分的含量均较高。从单一组分来看,随着海拔的升高,大多数体现清香型风格特征的中性致香物质含量呈增多趋势,而反映浓香型风格特征的中性致香物质含量呈减少趋势。结合中性致香物质含量,对不同品种、海拔组合的9个样品进行主成分和聚类分析,可以分为3大类:第一类为中烟103-500 m组合,第二类为K326-500 m、云烟87-500 m、K326-900 m和云烟87-900 m 4个组合,第三类为K326-1 300 m、云烟87-1 300 m、中烟103-1 300 m和中烟103-900 m 4个组合。Field experiment were conducted at the altitudes of 500 m,900 m and 1300 m in Enshi Autonomous Prefecture of Hubei to study the difference of content of Aroma Components in flue-cured tobacco K326,Yunyan87,and Zhongyan103.The result showed that tobacco leaves growning at an altitude of 900 m contained higher content of total aroma and most aroma components.With the increase of altitude,the content of aroma components reflecting faint aroma type was increased,but the contents of aroma components reflecting full aroma type were decreased.Combining with contents of aroma components,the different combinations of altitude and varieties of 9 samples were principal component and cluster analysised.It had been divided into three groups,the first was Zhongyan103-500 m;the second was K326-500m,Yunyan87-500 m,K326-900 m and Yunyan87-900 m;the third was K326-1 300 m,Yunyan87-1 300 m,Zhongyan103-1 300 m,and Zhongyan103-900 m.
