摘 要:产量低是制约白灵菇工厂化生产的关键因素之一。通过对白灵菇生长过程中水分变化的分析,形成了以补水补养为核心技术的白灵菇增产技术,即:当白灵菇子实体长到花生米大小时,向菌袋注营养水,最佳注水配方为15 kg水中加入二合一杀菌剂7片和尿素75 g。并在生产上验证了该配方注水技术的应用效果,结果表明:该技术可使白灵菇工厂化生产头潮菇转化率由30%提高到50%以上,且产品符合无公害标准要求。Low yield is one of the key factors to restrict Pleurotus nebrodensis industrial production. The water change in Pleurotus nebrodensis growing process was analyzed to determine a stimulation technique with moisturizing and nourishing as the core. When Pleurotus nebrodensis friuting bodies grow to the size of peanut, the nutrition water was injected into bacteria bag, and the best formulation of the nutrition water was 15 kg of water with 7 tablets of two-in-one bactericide and 75 g of urea, and the application effect of water injection techadogy of the best formulation was verificed in the industrialized production of Pleurotus nebrodensis. The results showed that the conversion rate of head wave of mushroom in industrialized production Pleurotus nebrodensis was improved from 30% to above 50% by the technique, and the products complied with pollution-free standards.
