摘　　要：旅游人才素质结构主要包括身心素质、政治素质、职业思想素质、职业能力素质、职业发展素质五个方面,每一方面的素质在旅游人才素质结构中处于不同的地位,发挥着不同的作用,共同构成了旅游人才素质的基本结构。本文拟从五个方面就旅游人才的素质结构作粗浅的分析,力求为旅游产业的发展培养大批高素质的劳动者。The quality structure of tourism talents mainly comprises five aspects, namely, physical and psychological quality, political quality, quality of work ideology, quality of occupational skills, and quality of occupation development. Each of these five qualities is in a different position in the quality structure and plays a different role. They constitute the basic structure of tourism talents. This article makes an explorative analysis of the quality structure of tourism talents from the above five aspects, hoping to help cultivate a large number of high quality workers for the tourism industry.
