摘 要:应用近红外透射光谱技术,结合化学计量学方法,开展老陈醋不同品牌的定性检测的研究,并对可行性加以分析。在800nm到2500nm内对老陈醋进行光谱采集,并通过主成分分析(PCA)和判别分析(DA)建立定性分析模型,对不同波长所建立模型的优劣加以分析。结果表明,在波长800—2500nm的范围内建立的模型最为稳定,正确率为96-3%。近红外光谱技术可以快速地对陈醋的不同品牌作出分析。The feasibility of near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) for discrimination between mature vinegar of different brands (Ninghuafu and Donghu) is presented in this research. NIR spectra were collected in transmission mode in the wavelength range of 800 - 2500 nm. Qualita- tive analysis models were developed based on Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Discriminant Analysis (DA). The prediction perfor- mance of calibration models in different wavelength range was also investigated. The best models gave a 96.3% classification of mature vine- gars of the two brands in the range of 800 - 2500 nm. The results demonstrated that NIRS technique could be used as a rapid method for clas- sification of brands of mature vinegars.
