氧化亚氮在牙科恐惧伴有高血压患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨氧化亚氮吸入镇静对牙科恐惧伴有高血压患者镇静情况及治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2011年3月-2012年6月于牙科进行治疗的76例牙科恐惧伴有高血压患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(行为劝导组)和观察组(行为劝导联合氧化亚氮吸入镇静组)每组各38例,后将两组患者干预前后的牙科焦虑量表评分、Ram-say镇静状态评分、Frankl治疗依从性评分及患者满意度进行比较。结果干预后观察组的牙科焦虑量表4～12分比例高于对照组,镇静满意率高于对照组,Frankl治疗依从性量表3～4分比例高于对照组,患者对于干预方式的总满意率也高于对照组,P均<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论氧化亚氮吸入镇静可有效改善牙科恐惧伴有高血压患者的镇静情况及治疗依从性。Objective To study the sedation efficacy of nitrous oxide sedation and the treatment compliance in patients with dental phobia and hypertension. Methods Total 76 patients with dental phobia and hypertension in from March 2011 to June 2012 were randomly divided into control group（ persuasion behavior） and observation group（ nitrous oxide sedation combined with persuasion behavior） with 38 cases in each group. The dental anxiety scale, Ramsay sedation score, Frankl scale were used to as- sess the state of patients before and after the intervention and the satisfaction degree of both groups were compared. Results The average scores for the dental anxiety scale in the observation group was 4 to 12 points higher than that in the control group, the rate of satisfaction for the sedation of patients in the observation was higher as compared to the control group;The average scores for the Frankl scale in the observation group was 3 to 4 points higher than that in the control group. The total rate of satisfaction for the intervention methods of patients in the observation was higher as compared to the control group. The differences were statis- tical significance, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The nitrous oxide sedation can effectively improve the sedation efficacy and treatment compliance in patients with dental phobia and hypertension.
