摘 要:采用超效率DEA模型测算我国区域研发效率,总结出我国研发效率的空间模式,同时运用收敛模型分析我国区域研发效率的时空演变特征,随后基于空间计量考察造成研发效率空间差异的成因。研究结果显示:我国区域内部呈现"俱乐部收敛"特征,且不同区域收敛于不同的均衡水平;省域研发效率的地理媒介溢出效应存在;外商直接投资、对外贸易、人力资本都对研发效率呈显著的正向关系;人力资本可以进一步强化外商直接投资和对外贸易对我国研发效率的溢出作用。针对我国目前研发活动空间集聚的现状,各地方政府需要加强各相邻地区间的研发合作,在更大范围内实现研发资源的优化配置。The R&D efficiency in the various regions of China is evaluated and the spatial R&D efficiency patterns are summa- rlzed by means of the super - efficiency DEA model. In the meantime, a convergence approach is applied to analyze the temporal - spatial evolution features of R&D efficiency. Finally the reasons for the R&D efficiency difference between regions are studied using the spatial econometric models. The results are listed as follows: The features of "club convergence" are presented among the regions, in which different regions converge to the different equilibrium levels; Geographic R&D efficiency spillovers between adjacent regions really exist; The factors of FDI ,foreign trade ,and human capital have positive impacts on the R&D efficiency; The spillover effects from the FDI and foreign trade could be strengthened by the human capital accumulation. Therefore, accord- ing to the status quo of R&D activity, local governments should strengthen the R&D cooperation between adjacent regions to a- chieve the optimal allocation of R&D resources.
