摘　　要：本文简要论述了大学生创业团队产生的背景,创业及创业团队的概念,根据社会形势分析了大学生创业的几种模式及其特点,提出高等院校采取有效政策对培养大学生创业团队的重要意义。This essay briefly discusses the background of college students＇ entrepreneurial team and analyze the concept of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial team. According to the social situation, the paper explains the college students＇ entrepreneurial modes and their characteristics. It is of great significance that colleges should take the effective policy to cultivate college students＇ entrepreneurial team.
