摘 要:弹性材料后屈曲形变参数和弹性模量是表征材料力学特性的重要参数。为了提高弹性材料后屈曲形变参数测定精度和自动化程度以及与弹性模量同时测定,并实现测定仪微型化,综合人机交互技术、PLC控制技术、直线步进电动机驱动技术、扫描技术、力测量技术和计算机图像处理技术,开发了弹性材料后屈曲形变参数和弹性模量综合测定仪,实现了基于图像处理技术的弹性材料后屈曲形变参数与弹性模量同时测定,也适用于干制直条型食品抗弯能力的评价。考核性实验表明开发的测定仪是可行、可靠的。The post-buckling deformation parameters and elastic modulus of elastic materials are important parameters for the characterization of materials' mechanical properties. In order to improve the measuring accuracy and the degree of automation of post-buckling deformation parameters and simultaneous determination of elastic modulus of elastic materials, and to achieve the miniaturization of the testers, human-computer interaction technology, PLC control technology, linear pulse motor drive technology, scanning technology, force measurement technology, computer image processing technology, and other modern technology were integrated together to develop comprehensive detectors for post- buckling deformation parameters and elastic modulus of elastic materials. Meanwhile, determination of post-buckling deformation parameters of elastic materials based on the image processing technology and simultaneous determination of elastic modulus were achieved. Also, it also applied to the evaluation of the flexural capacity of dried straight-type food. And it proved to be feasible and reliable according to results of evaluation experiments.
