摘　　要：在消解网络舆论负向价值方面,法律方法和伦理方法具有相互补充的作用。根据对法律方法和伦理方法相互关系的认识,在概述网络伦理理论、网络伦理原则和网络伦理规范的基础上,探讨了网络伦理理论、网络伦理原则和网络伦理规范在消解网络舆论负向价值方面的作用,为应用伦理方法消解网络舆论负向价值问题提供了指导性意见。In the field of eliminating negative value of network public opinion, legal method and ethical method complement each other. Based on the knowledge of mutual relationship between legal method and ethical method, on the basis of brief introduction of the theory of network ethics, the principles of network ethics and the norms of network ethics, this ar- ticle discussed respectively the functions of the theory of network ethics, the principles of network ethics and the norms of network ethics in eliminating the negative value of network public opinion which can be regarded as guidance opinions for applying ethical method to eliminate negative value of network public opinion.
