摘　　要：比较管理学是管理学的重要分支。在经历了三个阶段的快速发展之后,比较管理学渐渐归于沉寂。直到2009年首届全国比较管理研讨会的召开,比较管理学才重新引起学术界关注。对近年来比较管理研究的最新成果和发展动态进行系统介绍、阐释和总结,全面研究比较管理学的研究对象、学科属性、学科定位和研究范式等基本问题,从未来研究方向的确定、研究质量的提升与学术团队的打造、国际化水平的提升三大方面对比较管理研究的前景进行展望,这对比较管理学科的健康发展会产生重大而深远的影响。Comparative management discipline is an important branch of management discipline. After three rapid development stages, comparative management discipline is gradually tend to silence. It didn＇t become prosperity until the first national academic symposium of comparative management in 2009. We focus on the deep and systematic talking about the new developing trends and the theoretical achievements of comparative management, and answer such basic issue as the subject of study, the disciplinary attribute, the disciplinary orientation and the research paradigm of comparative management. In addition, we look forward to the future of comparative management respectively from the determination of the research direction, the quality of research and the improvement of the academic teams, and the ascension of the internationalized level. Those will produce great and profound significance to the disciplinary development of comparative management.
