摘　　要：在对我国工业工程专业人才培养模式现状调查分析的基础上,针对工业工程专业特点,结合应用型本科院校的实际情况,适应社会发展需求,对工业工程专业进行科学定位,确立应用型创新人才培养目标与人才培养规格。并从人才培养方式、课程体系、教材建设、实践教学、师资建设和考试改革等方面探讨了实现工业工程应用型创新人才培养的对策。Based on the engineering professional analysis of the present talent training mode , situation investigation of in view of the industrial our country industrial engineering specialty, combined with the actual situation of applied universities and colleges of undergraduate course, adapt to the requirements of social development, and the industrial engineering major scientific orientation, establish applied creative talents training target and personnel training specification. And from the talent cultivation mode, curriculum system, teaching material construction, practice teaching, teachers＂ construction and reform of examination expounds the ways to realize the countermeasures of industrial engineering applied creative talents.
