乳腺癌组织中Survivin和eIF4E蛋白表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨Survivin、eIF4E蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测20例乳腺纤维腺瘤组织、46例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的Survivin、eIF4E蛋白表达情况,并分析其与淋巴结转移的关系。结果乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中Survivin、eIF4E蛋白的阳性表达率分别为10.0%(2/20)、15.0%(3/20),浸润性导管癌组织中Survivin、eIF4E蛋白的阳性表达率分别为89.1%(41/46)、87.0%(40/46),比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。乳腺浸润性导管癌中,有淋巴结转移者Survivin、eIF4E蛋白的阳性表达率分别为96.4%(27/28)、92.9%(26/28),无淋巴结转移者两者的阳性表达率分别为66.7%(12/18)、61.1%(11/18),比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 Survivin、eIF4E蛋白的异常表达与乳腺浸润性导管癌的发生、发展、转移及预后有关。【Objective】 To investigate the expressions of survivin,eIF4E protein in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and their significance.【Methods】 Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expressions of Survivin,eIF4E protein in the 20 cases with breast fibroadenoma and 46 cases with breast invasive ductal carcinoma respectively.【Results】 Positive rates of survivin and eIF4E in breast carcinoma group were higher than those in the normal breast group;The positive expression rates of surviving and elF4E protein in breast fibroadenoma were 10.0%（2/20）,15.0%（3/20）,and were 89.1%（41/46）,87.0%（40/46） in breast vasive ductal carcinoma,respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）.The positive expression rates of survivin and eIF4E protein in breast invasive ductal carcinoma with the lymph node metastasis group were higher than that of non-lymph node metastasis group.There was significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】 The abnormal expressions of survivin and eIF4E protein could participate in the occurrence,progression,metastasis and prognosis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma.
