摘 要:[摘要]目的:探讨睡眠相关性癫痫儿童的睡眠障碍。方法:对165例睡眠相关性癫痫儿童进行睡眠障碍问卷调查及进行夜间多项睡眠图监测。结果:58例伴有睡眠障碍,139例存在睡眠结构紊乱。睡眠障碍在有睡眠结构紊乱者中及痫样放电中,重度者所占比率高,差异有显著意义(P〈0.05);在临床发作频率高、病程相对长以及全面性发作的患儿中睡眠障碍比率亦相对高,差异均无统计学意义(P〉O.05)。结论:睡眠相关性癫痫儿童常伴有不同的睡眠障碍,睡眠障碍与睡眠结构紊乱不成比例。睡眠障碍的发生与睡眠结构紊乱、痼样放电有密切关系,而与癫痫发作频率、病程长短以及发作类型无明显关系。Objective:To observe sleep disorders suffered by children with sleep-related epilepsy. Methods:Questionnaire survey about their sleep disorders were performed in 165 children with sleep-re- lated epilepsy and polysomnographic wilt be used at night. Results:58 cases of them were accompanied by sleep disorders, and 139 cases had disorganization of sleep macrostructure. Sleep disorders rate was bigh in the cases with disorganization of sleep structure and in those with serious epileptic discharges. The statistical difference was evident(P^0.05). The high rate relatively occurred in those with high frequen- cy of clinical seizures, those with long course of disease and generalized seizures, but there was no statis- tical difference (P^0.05). Conclusion:Children with sleep-related epilepsy often suffer form sleep disor- ders in different degrese . Sleep disorders are disproportionate to disorganization of sleep structure. Sleep disorder is closely related to disorganization of sleep structure and epileptiform discharges, but no obvious related to the frequency of epileptic occurrence, the length of course and the types of epilepsy.
