摘　　要：马瑞辰与姚莹是姑表连襟。他们的交游、酬赠诗文,见证了彼此的笃厚情谊。后人通过这些诗文不仅可以勘合马瑞辰的生平事迹,还可以进一步认识姚莹他们所处时代觞咏酬唱风气。MA Rui - chen and Yao Ying was the cross - cousin - in - law. Their presenting creation was not only the wit- ness to friendship, but also the reliable evidence of MA Rui - chen＇s biographical verification. Based on their presenting creation and their behavior to make friends, MA Rui -chen＇s birth date has been confirmed, therefore the academic mis- understanding of YaoYing is corrected.
