沥青混合料配合比设计方案优化研究

摘　　要：目前沥青混合料配合比设计方案的确定主要侧重于技术指标,运用正交试验或均匀试验可以对配合比设计方案进行优化,但没有考虑经济指标。以正交试验或均匀试验优化的技术指标为基础,考虑沥青混合料的原材料成本,运用功效系数法对沥青混合料配合比设计方案进行优化,可以得到性价比最佳的配合比设计方案,既能保证设计质量,又可以降低工程成本,是一种值得推广的沥青混合料设计方案优化方法。At present, the determination of design scheme about the asphalt mixture proportion mos tly focuses on technology index, it can be optimized by the orthogonal experiment design or uniform experimental design to the asphalt mixture proportion design scheme, but the economic indicators has not been considered. Based on optimizing technique index with orthogonal experiment design or uniform experimental design, considering material costs of the asphalt mixture, the design scheme of asphalt mixture proportion can be optimized with efficacy coefficient method, and the best design scheme of cost performance is got, which not only ensure the design quality, but also reduce the project cost, it is a kind of optimization method of asphalt mixture optimization design scheme.
