摘　　要：本文对转型期社会企业的概念进行辨析,分析了中国社会企业在公共政策、公众认知、市场运作和公益创新等方面存在的问题,在此基础上提出应从社会企业运营效率、社会资本与社会资源、法律环境和政策环境、资源来源和市场空间、培育和挖掘有潜质的社会企业家五个方面,提升我国社会企业发展能力的路径选择。Analysis of the concept of social enterprise in our country transition, and analyzes the present situation of the development of China＇ s social enterprises, and the existing problems in the aspects of public policy, public awareness, the operation of the market and the public service innovation, on the basis of separately from the social enterprise operation efficiency, social capital and social resources, legal and policy environment, resources and market space, cultivate and select the mining path to improve the ability of development of social enterprises in China in five aspects of potential social entrepreneurs.
