摘　　要：目的探讨HMGB1在乳腺癌及乳腺良性病变中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测乳腺浸润性导管癌、乳腺导管内原位癌和乳腺纤维瘤组织中HMGB1蛋白的表达,分析HMGB1的表达与乳腺癌临床病理特征之间的关系。结果浸润性导管癌中HMGB1蛋白呈阳性表达,细胞核染色呈黄色或棕褐色颗粒状,细胞质也有微弱着色;导管内原位癌组织中HMGB1呈阳性表达;而乳腺纤维瘤组织中HMGB1蛋白不表达或弱表达。结论 HMGB1在乳腺癌的发生发展中起重要作用,对预测乳腺癌发展及预后评价有重要的意义。Objective To investigate expression and clinical significance of HMGB1 in breast cancer and benign diseases of breast. Methods The expression of HMGB1 protein in invasive duetal careinoma,intraduetal carcinoma in situ and mammary gland fibrmna was detected by immunohistoehemical SP method. The correlation between HMGBI expression and clinicopathological features in breast cancer was analyzed. Results In invasive ductal carcino- ma, HMGBI protein was positive expressed. The colouration of nucleus was granular in yellow or sepia colour,and the cytoplasmic eolouration was dyed slight. HMGB1 protein was positive expressed in intraductal carcinoma in situ. But in mammm7 gland fibroma HMGBI expressed none or infirmly. Conclusion HMGBI plays an important role in the occurrence and progress in breast cancer and has important significance in forecasting the progress and estimating the prognosis of breast cancer.
