摘 要:目的观察纳米羟基磷灰石再矿化液对人工致龋液pH值的影响。方法采用60mL∶15g的纳米羟基磷灰石溶液作为再矿化液滴定pH值为4.5的0.1mmol/L人工致龋液,记录每加入0.1mL纳米羟基磷灰石液后人工致龋液pH值的变化,至其无明显改变,并进行统计分析。结果纳米羟基磷灰石与人工致龋液pH值的变化规律符合对数方程:y=5.951+0.185lgx,即:人工致龋液的pH值随纳米羟基磷灰石液的增加而增加,呈正相关,人工致龋液的pH值最终无限接近于7.0。结论纳米羟基磷灰石液能明显改变人工致龋液的pH值,使牙釉质脱矿的酸性环境趋于中性,有利于龋病的预防。Objective To observe the influence of nano hydroxyapatite remineralization solution on pH value change of artificial cariogenic solution. Methods Artificial cariogenie solution 0.1 mmol/L of pH 4.5 was titrated by 15 g/60 mL nano hydroxyapatite, and was recorded the pH value changes of artificial cariogenic solution when it was added per 0.1 mL nano hydroxyapatite remineralization solution until the pH value had no significant change. The data were statistically analyzed. Results The pH value change of artificial cariogenic solution was in accord with the law of logarithmic equation: y=5.951+0.185lgx, which meant artificial cariogenic solution pH value increased with the increase of nano hydroxyapatite solution and showed a positive correlation. Ultimately, the pH value of artificial cariogenic solution infinitely was closed to 7.0. Conclusion Nano hydroxyapatite solution can change the pH value of artificial cariogenic solution significantly. It makes the enamel demineralization acidic environment neutral, which is conducive to the prevention of dental caries.
