山东省基层医疗机构老年人健康管理现况研究

摘　　要：目的:调查山东省内接受基本公共卫生服务的老年人健康管理情况和城乡老年居民对基层医疗机构满意情况。方法:采用多阶段抽样的方法抽取调查对象,对其健康体检记录进行核查,并采用电话或面访的方式对调查对象进行满意度访谈,采用spss19.0对结果进行分析,利用χ2检验比较城乡健康体检记录合格率及老年居民对医疗机构满意情况。结果:总共抽取调查对象1632名,健康体检记录合格为1293人(79.23%),其中城市合格700人(700/905,77.35%),农村合格593人(593/727,81.57%)。城乡体检记录合格率差异有统计学意义,农村好于城市。山东省老年居民对基层医疗机构满意度较高(高于95%),城乡比较发现,农村居民在健康的有用程度,医务人员技术水平,医务人员服务态度方面的满意度高于城市居民(P<0.05)。结论:山东省农村老年人健康体检记录规范管理情况好于城市,农村居民对基层医疗机构的满意度也较城市高。Objective To study the senior citizens management situation in primary medical institution of Shandong Province and their degree of satisfaction on primary medical institutions. Methods Objects of this study were selected by multistage sam- pling, and through health record examine, to access the eligibility of the senior citizens management. By telephone interview and face to face interview, to access the satisfaction of the senior citizens. Analysis the result by SPSS 19.0, then compare the differ- ences between rural and urban areas by chi-square test,including the eligibility of the health records and satisfaction. Results One thousand six hundred and thirty-two objects were selected and there are 1293 （79.23%） up to standard,urban areas is 700（700/ 905,77.35% ） ,and for rural areas,is 593（593/727,81.57% ） ,the rural areas are better than urban areas. The degree of satis- faction of senior citizens is relatively high（ higher than 95% ） ,according to the compare between rural and urban citizens, senior citizens live in rural areas are more satisfied than urban areas in the useful degree for health, the technology level of medical per- sonnel and the attitude of medical personal. Conclusion In Shandong Province, the standard control of senior citizens in rural areas is better than that in urban areas. And for satisfaction, rural areas are better than urban areas too.
