团体治疗对老年精神分裂症患者生活质量影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨团体治疗对老年精神分裂症患者生活质量影响。方法选择2010年10月～2011年8月入院的老年精神分裂症患者64人,随机分为两组,每组32人,对照组采用常规精神科护理及常规药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上,实施团体治疗,使用精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(SQLS)和自尊量表(SES)对两组患者进行计分评定。结果治疗组入院第1周和第8周生活质量量表分值明显低于对照组,自尊量表分值明显高于对照组。结论团体治疗对老年精神分裂症患者生活质量有明显的改善。Objective To explore the group therapy on elderly life quality of patients with schizophrenia influence. Methods In our hospital with schizophrenia 64 people from 2010 October to 2011 August, old mental hospital, and randomLy divided into two groups, each group of 32 people, the control group with routine psychiatric nursing and routine drug therapy, the treatment group on the basis of this, the implementation of group therapy, the use of the schizophrenia quality of life scale （SQLS） and self-esteem scale （SES） scores of two groups of patients were. Results The treatment group was first and eighth weeks of quality of life scale score was significantly lower than the control group. The self-esteem scale score was significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion Group therapy has obvious influence on the elderly life quality of patients with schizophrenia.
