摘  要:在智能化最佳后坐力控制(FORC)测控系统的研究中,强电磁干扰是影响系统能否正常工作的关键。针对火炮发射环境下如何抑制干扰,提高电磁兼容性这一重要课题,主要从接地、屏蔽、隔离三方面进行了系统的硬件抗干扰设计。在软硬件设计的基础上,通过模拟试验验证了智能化FORC测控系统的可行性。本文研究结果对宽射频、高射速自动机缓冲装置的测控系统设计具有重要参考意义。Strong electromagnetic interference is the key problem in the FORC (force optimized recoil control) system. To suppress electromagnetic interference and improve electromagnetic compatibility under the environment of gun firing, the hardware anti-interference design was performed from three aspects including grouding, shielding and insulating. Based on the design of hardware and software, the feasibility of the FORC system was validated by means of environment simulating experiments. The study results have an important reference meaning for the research of measurement and control system in wide firing frequency and high firing rate automatic gun recoil mechanism.
